An authorized user connects their Zoom account through the Zoom OAuth authorization flow.
The user provides a Zoom meeting URL through the internal bot workflow. The bot joins the Zoom meeting as a visible participant.
The bot requests recording permission through Zoom's in-meeting permission flow. Recording starts only after permission is granted.
The user may remove the app from their Zoom account authorization settings. Administrators may also delete stored OAuth connection records from the self-hosted Attendee system.
